Depending on the season, the weather and your wishes; your guide
will choose the best route for the day.
It will most likely
start with a soft ride upwards into the hills of the island center.Scenic
routes afford stunning views of the Island as well as a glimpse
of the local culture. Prepare yourself for the adventureous "Rock'n'Roll"
ride down the mountain through a semi-retired fruit orchard. This
safe yet hair-raising ride in our 4WD vehicles is a thrill to
enjoy. You'll regret its ending.
Enjoy a coffee-break
ar Nai Thorn Beach. Have a swim if you wish.
At
Leam Sae Village we will offer you a special lunch of local delicacies
(NOT Thai spicy) in our open-air Phuu-Saay Restaurant at the seaside.
Enjoy - relax - wander about.
On our scenic drive
we will stop at pineapple fields and be shown a rubber plantation.
Your guide will tell you all about the process of how rubber is
tapped and processed. You will be surprised. You will remember
this when, back at home in your country, you have a look at your
car tyres.
We will arrive at a
waterfall in a park setting in the rain forest.
Go with our guide on
a one hour jungle trek if you feel energetic. If not, relax. Cool
down in the spray of the waterfall - enjoy!
Trekkers
and non-trekkers will meet again for refreshments in the forestry
station's garden.
At the end of the day
you will have seen coconut trees, rice farms, pineapple fields,
a rubber plantation, fruit orchards, shrimp farms, isolated beaches,
plants and birds of numerous kinds. You'll have been serenaded
by birds and singing insects.
